Tree Planting at Ronague at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday, 22nd February
We have been asked to plant a mixed hedgerow along two sides of a field on lovely land at Ronague in the South of the Island. This will create a wonderful wildlife habitat, with blossom and berries.
We will guarantee to have soup, coffee, tea and cakes for everyone afterwards. Please wear warm clothes and stout shoes or boots. If you could bring stout garden gloves it would be a help, and we will have plenty of spades available.
DIRECTIONS for Sunday 22nd February:
Travelling from Foxdale on the A3 road towards Ballasalla, just before the Ballamodha straight take the B39 road on your right to Ronague. Continue along the B39 for about three-quarters-of-a-mile when you will find the driveway to Old Moaney Farm on your left. Take the driveway down to the farmyard, where we can park.
