The Great Annual Barbecue. 36 revellers and sunshine, well at least no rain. What more could we want.
Burgers, hot dogs, exotic trimmings, wine, beer and Vivienne’s cakes were gratefully consumed. Strolls round the gardens and to see the trees planted over the last few years in the Trust’s field. And Gator trips for a lucky few; the young seem much taken with speed – what a surprise!
Then a colossal raffle draw with a whole table full of prizes. Most won something! £131 raised including donations.
